Dear Riders,

It has been a long time; however, we are busy recreating the History  
of Women State Champions at the velodrome.  For this effort we need  
your help.  Please dig deep into your memory banks and helps us  
complete this list.

The list will cover women standings beginning in 1974 to present.  No  
worries we do have the women winners for the current year but ran into  
an error with Adobe and are working on rectifying the problem.
