The final days of Superweek are this weekend and I wish all the riders

ILLINOIS MASTER'S TRACK CHAMPIONSHIP

The Illinois Master's Track Championship is this weekend July 22 and 
23. On-line registration ends today at 1:00 p.m. (EST) ... translation 
12:00 (noon)
our time.   Save money by immediately registering at $10.00 per event via our
on-line registration service at
https://www.sportsbaseonline.com/Item.aspx?id=1236  Otherwise on-site
registration will be $15.00 per event.  You may download the flyer at

ROGER DeLANGHE SCRATCH RACE - Thursday, August 3

The Roger DeLanghe Scratch race will offer over $2,000 in total cash 
prizes. This event will serve as the USAC National Level II Track Event 
and Elite and
Women's National Qualifier and IL State Championship.  Stay tuned for further
details.

ABD CYCLE POINTS RACE RACING NIGHT - Thursday, August 10

ABD Cycle

be the proud sponsor of an exciting point's race competition offering a  total
prize distribution of $1,000.  ABD will be sponsoring two women events, 
one for
the cat 1/2/3 and the other for the cat 4s.  The main event for the night will
be a pro 1/2 men's points race.  Further details will be available in a few
weeks so stay tuned.

DEVELOPMENTAL BIKE RACING SERIES -- FRIDAY NIGHT PROGRAM

After you have honed your skills in the clinics you can jump into the Friday
Night Developmental races held weekly at our velodrome.  For further

MADISON CLINICS/RACING

Developmental Madison races will be held on Thursday, August 3 and Thursday,
September 7.

Each team entered in the Thursday, August 3 Developmental Madison must be
comprised of one Category 3 rider and one Category 4 rider.

The Thursday, September 7 Developmental Madison will be open only to 
Category 4
riders.

As previously announced, all Category 4 entrants in a Developmental Madison
must have either:

a) Previously participated in a Madison race at the Northbrook Velodrome in
2005 or 2006 or

b) Have completed two Madison training clinics this year.

Madison training clinics will be held on Monday, July 24 and Monday, July
31.  Kevin Perez will be hosting additional Madison training clinics on 
Tuesday,
July 25 and Tuesday, August 1.
