[Northbrook Velodrome - General Email List] Ed Rudolph News: Cat 3/4 Madison Training & Race

Dear Riders,

A Category 3/4 Madison race will be held on Thursday, July 6th.  To be eligible
to compete in this event, riders must meet any one of the following criteria:

(1) They are a Category 3,

(2) They competed in a Category 3/4 Madison at the Northbrook Velodrome in
2005 (i.e., they participated in the Madison training clinics in 2005), or

(3) They successfully completed two Madison training clinics this year.

Madison training clinics will be held at the NCC Velodrome Training Sessions
held on Monday Nights, June 19 and 26, and the NCC Developmental Training
Sessions held on Tuesday Nights, June 20 and 27, offering four opportunities
to complete Madison training before Thursday, July 6.  Riders are responsible
for getting the organizer of these training sessions to document their
successful participation on a Category 4 Upgrade Form and bringing this form
with them to registration on Thursday, July 6th.  The Category 4 Upgrade form
