Dear Parent/Guardian,

I just wanted to let you know that the Ed Rudolph Velodrome policy as it
pertains to persons signing the junior rider waiver form has changed and the
following takes effect immediately (as posted on our website):

"Any rider under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by his/her parent or
guardian.  The parent or guardian must either sign the waiver in the presence
of the registration official (who will request to see the drivers license or
other photo ID of the parent or guardian), or the signature of the parent or
guardian must be notarized on the waiver form."
