Dear Riders,

I am passing along a message from the XXX Racing AthletiCo Management  
team.  Please read below:

"It is with great sadness that we let you know that XXX  
Racing/AthletiCo has lost one of our own. Beth Kobeszka lost her life  
after being struck by a vehicle during the Women's Cat 4 Road Race at  
Proctor on Saturday, June 30, 2007.

Our Monday, July 2nd General Team Meeting will be devoted to dealing  
with this shocking and tragic incident. Teammate and clergyman, Brian  
Boyle will help us as we deal with and experience our grief. This will  
be a time for us to remember Beth, share our grief, celebrate her life  
and support each other.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Beth's family in their time of need.  
We will have more information about how the team will honor Beth at  
the meeting and as we discover the wishes of Beth's family.
