KEIRIN CHAMPIONSHIPS (Thursday, July 26)

The Keirin Championships for the Pro 1/2 will be held on Thursday,  
July 26th.    The event serves as the Keirin  
Velodrome/Championship/Elite Qualifiers.


LAP THAT FIELD (total $156)

Attention women riders please stump out the "nay sayers" by lapping  
the field in an event.  The first woman who laps the field is being  
offered $156.00 with an additional bonus provided by an angel donor.   
So let's put some gas in those pedals this Thursday Night.

ROGER DeLANGHE TROPHY RACE (Thursday, August 2)

The 10th Annual Roger DeLanghe Trophy/Championship Scratch Race will
be contested on Thursday, August the 2nd. Only categories 3 or
higher will be permitted to race the 10th Annual Roger DeLanghe
Trophy/Championship Scratch Race. Register today via
www.sportsbaseonlin e.com/Item. aspx?id=1855 The last day to register
on line is Wednesday, August 1 at 5:00 p.m. (CST).

This race will have a field limit of 50 riders. Any open slots, or
no-show slots, will filled race night.

ELAINE NEKRITZ TROPHY RACE/CHAMPIONSHIP WOMEN'S SCRATCH RACE
(Thu August 23)

The 2nd annual Elaine Nekritz Trophy/Championship Women's Scratch
Race will be held on Thursday, August 23. On line registration will
be available soon. In the meantime, download the flyer at

This single event has a total purse of $1,000 with separate races
for categories 1/2/3 and 4.

BLOOMER PARK WANTS YOU (August 3, 4 and 5)

The Bloomer Park Velodrome is offering $300 (cash) per team for travel  
expenses and host housing to compete in their Madison competition.   
The contest will be held on August 3rd, 4th, and 5th.  For more

The teams who have already committed are as follows: ADT Center (CA),  
7-Eleven (CO), the National Sports Center (Blaine, MN) and the Bloomer  
Park (MI).

The Kenosha Velodrome USCF Elite National Qualifier & Wisconsin State
