Happy New Year Everybody,

We hope the time away from the Velodrome has created a strong desire to make
2008 a better race season for all of you.  We hope your winter training has
kept you in shape for the upcoming season.

This Thursday, Jan 17th at 7pm, we will have our 1st Northbrook Cycle Committee
(NCC) meeting of the New Year.  It will be held at the Village Green Park
District Building adjacent to the Village Green Park at Shermer and Meadow.  At
this meeting we will elect our 2008 board members.  Nominations are still open
for 2 positions: Communications Director and Sponsorship Director.

If you have any questions regarding the 2008 racing season or wish to help in
any way towards the Velodrome, please attend this meeting.
