Dear Riders,

Below please find a list of accomplishments by our women riders and upcoming
event information.

LADIES NIGHT & SALUTE TO OUR OWN WOMEN RACERS

Thank you to all the women who came out to race last night. The sponsor Garner
Cyclery (http://georgegarnercyclery.com) was pleased to see two very exciting
races.  Equally the crowd reacted with pleasure at seeing a competitive race.

Congratulations to Cat 1/2/3 racer Debbie Dust (Team Kenda) and Cat 4 racer
Wendy Gaddey (Colavita Racing) for winning the Ladies Night event.  Full
results will be available soon.

Please join us in congratulating the following women accomplishments in the
recent Illinois State Road & Criterium Championships held on June 30 to July 2
in Peoria, Illinois.  Also most recently (july 9) our Jr Championship

ILLINOIS MASTER'S CHAMPIONSHIP (Sat/Sun - July 22 AND 23)

The final draft of the schedule will be sent in the next few days.   Added to
the schedule is the team sprints and team TT.

DEVELOPMENTAL MADISON PROGRAM

There will be Category 3/4 Madison races on August 3 and September 7.  The
criteria for entry will be the same as the one held on July 6 - each rider must
meet any one of the following criteria:

1. Is a Category 3
2. Has competed in a Madison race at the Ed Rudolph Velodrome in 2005 or
2006
3. Has attended two Madison racing clinics in 2006.

A second set of Madison racing clinics will be held at the Monday Night
Velodrome Training sessions on July 24 and July 31.  Kevin Perez and Pete
Janunas will do the same at the Tuesday Night Development Clinics on July 25
and
August 1.  Participants should be sure to get a form signed by the
organizers documenting their participation in these clinics to present at
registration on August 3.
