Hello Riders,

A few reminders:

(1) if you are new to the Ed Rudolph Velodrome you will be required to fill out
a rider waiver form. A rider waiver form can be downloaded at
http://www.usacycling.org/forms/rider_release.pdf  A USAC license is a
requirement to race on Thursday nights.  For further details on participation
guidelines can be found by visiting http://www.northbrookvelodrome.org/schedule

(2) Junior riders are reminded that waiver forms must be signed by a parent or
guardian.  The Ed Rudolph Velodrome policy on waiver for junior racers is as
follows:

"Any rider under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by his/her parent or
guardian. The parent or guardian must either sign the waiver in the presence of
the registration official (who will request to see the drivers license or other
photo ID of the parent or guardian), or the signature of the parent or guardian
must be notarized on the waiver form."

(3) The rain date for the Elaine Nekritz Trophy race will be Thursday, June 29.

(4) You will earn double ROTY points when you particitpate at the Elaine Nekritz
Trophy race on Thursday, June 22.  For complete ROTY guidelines please visit

(5) Early bird prize winners will be announced on race day.
