[Junior rank riders]

Dear Riders,

As you know the weather can change anytime and can affect whether races 
are held
or not.  In case, the races are cancelled the riders who registered 
on-line will
have their fees transferred to another night.

The Northbrook Cycle Committee telephone number is:847-291-2974, ext.645.
We will make every attempt to keep you informed via an
outgoing message; however, at this time I cannot make any guarantees about
having a message available when you call.  Decisions about race cancellations
are typically made at approximate 4:00 p.m.

(1) sign the rider waiver (the dates are: May 25-Sept 7, 2006)
(2) show 2006 USAC license (you must be cat 1-4)
(3) rider request/chooses number to be worn
(4) goodie back is distributed
(5) rider leaves to do warm up

(1) Fill out waiver for dates are: May 25-Sept 7, 2006, sign it and pay fee
(cash or checks payable to the NCC <<NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED ON SITE>>
