Hello Riders,

The upcoming Women?s Track Clinic is fast approaching and I wanted to take
this opportunity to touch base with you. The clinic will be held on Saturday,
June 3. The clinic is open to senior and junior women of all abilities.

Don't have a track bike?  No worries, we got you covered as you can
borrow a track bike for the day by contacting the following shops:
Alberto's Cycle (847-446-2042), Turin Bicycle (847-864-7660) and Yojimbo's
garage (312-587-0878) to make arrangements to borrow a track bike. We will also
have track bikes on site, however, bear in mind that you will require lead time
for set up. Don't forget to bring your pedals and shoes (if any) as these are
not supplied with the track bikes.  Bring along your helmet too!

The clinic cost is $12.00 for un-licensed USA Cycling riders or $7.00 for
licensed riders.  The fees include the USAC insurance and non-competitive event
licenses.  On-site registration begins at 10:00 a.m. and the clinic program runs
from 10:30 a.m. ? 12:30 p.m.

Note:  previously registered athletes via SportsBaseOnline will have their fees
transferred to the June 3 program.

We would like to handle the registration as quickly as possible and we are
suggesting you do the following:

(1) Download the waiver form at
http://www.usacycling.org/forms/rider_release.pdf
Bring along the completed form to the registration table.

Junior women are advised that "any rider under the age of 18 must have a waiver
signed by his/her parent or guardian.  The parent or guardian must either sign
the waiver in the presence of the registration official (who will request to
see the drivers license or other photo I.D. of the parent or guardian), or the
signature of the parent or guardian must be notarized on the waiver form."

(2) Make checks payable to the N.C.C. (preferred method)
NO CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

(3) Bring along your USAC/USCF annual rider license and a photo I.D.
We will be selling both annual and one day licenses on site.  The annual
domestic rider primary license sells for $60 and the annual junior primary
license sells for $30.    Licenses are also available for purchases on-line via
USA Cycling ** http://www.usacycling.org **; however, we prefer you purchase
your annual domestic licenses prior to the event.

Also, please note that the Elaine Nekritz Trophy race will be paying 10 places

Lastly, the event is being held under USA Cycling Permit 2006-964.
